Floating homes and other floating structures

During the last 15 years floating structures built by Dirkmarine has increased a lot. We have designed and build floating homes, offices, restaurants, stages - they all float on our 100 years maintenance free concrete hull HUBB®.

All our products are turnkey and custom designed.

According to which project we are building and which need our customers have we decide on a concrete hull or steel hull.

Our design process is in close cooperation with our customers.

We design and build the superstructure and make sure the weight of the construction and the hull is dimensioned correct.

We integrate all the necessary pumps, water tanks, grey and black water tanks so the floating unit can be moved anywhere.

We also advice on necessary approvals needed by the authorities, insurance in and out of the boatyard and can arrange the tug of the vessel when completed.

All our houses on water are today build in a shipyard south of London.
